Not only flames, but also beautiful plaintops can delight - at least if they look like this 58 from 2012. Here is a clear grain across the maple, which gives the guitar a not so "plain" look. Combined with the super-authentic cherry, you get a Les Paul here that looks confusingly similar to many real 58s. The neck comes with the typically chunky 58 profile, but the string action can be set so low that you almost don't notice it when playing. So if you like to play fast and are not only open to slim taper necks, you don't have to worry about this neck. The appropriate sound is provided by two burstbuckers, which come across a bit more trebly and biting than the custombuckers used today. However, the guitar has so much tonal substance that this is not noticeable in a negative way - on the contrary, you are dealing with a real rock Les Paul, which is made for screaming solos and biting riffs. Despite its age, the guitar has only minimal signs of use, so here you can immortalize yourself in the finish!
