This Suhr Custom is a very special treasure built for the famous touring and studio guitarist Tony Martinez (Gloria Gaynor and Marta Sanchez among others). As a Suhr and Friedman endorser he had the ultimate Classic-T Custom Tele built here with a very special circuit. Simply an incredibly good instrument! To me the neck is a reference! 5A roasted maple neck with Modern Elliptical profile (800-850) and perfectly dressed Jumbo frets. Plays like itself! The whole ergonomics of the guitar are just outstanding due to the Strat shaping at the handrest and back. The pickups are Suhr Aldrich humbuckers, both of which can be split by the push/pull pot. In addition it has a blower switch, with which the Telecaster circuit (singlecoil neck and singlecoil bridge) can be activated. With the 5-way switch the push/pull poti and the blower switch you get here a sound variety that is unparalleled. And every sound convinces all along the line. From Heavy Rock and lead sounds via the crunchy intermediate position to super clean Strat and Tele sounds. The perfect "all in one" guitar ...and the whole thing in a killer look with best playability. The guitar has a few minor play marks and plectrum scratches, but is otherwise in top condition.
