This Suhr Classic S with a gloss finish in Olympic White is a guitar that on the one hand features the iconic Stratocaster shape, but on the other hand has some modern improvements to give musicians from a wide range of styles the optimal instrument in their hands. Thus, it features a two-piece alder body, stainless steel frets, locking tuners, 60's-C vintage standard neck profile, as well as a rosewood fingerboard that ensures a very comfortable feel and best playability. Even when played dry the guitar shows an above-average vibration behavior, which is excellently transferred to the amp by the sophisticated pickup combination. The V60LP pickups on the neck and in the middle faithfully reproduce the classic single-coil sound of the 60s. They use the same magnets that were used in pickups from that era and deliver clear, bell-like highs, warm and punchy mids and rich bass. The SSV humbucker at the bridge offers the warmth of a vintage humbucker with increased clarity and definition, great sustain, very open with low compression.
