The Alt T is Suhr's own creation that gives the classic T model a new twist. On the one hand, it comes as a weight-saving semi-hollow with F-holes, on the other hand with two humbuckers that can be split into single coils via a 5-way switch. Together with Suhr's legendary good playability, you really get an allround guitar with which you are equipped for all situations. Especially the single coil sounds are extremely well done here. In the two intermediate positions, you get here concise-classic Tele twang, which sounds so authentic as if real single coils were installed. And in humbucker mode, the SSV humbuckers play to their classic strengths: Rich and transparent with distortion sounds, warm and bluesy with less gain. The 60s medium neck naturally plays like a dream thanks to its 9"-12" compound radius and perfectly aligned stainless steel jumbo frets. Who needs a professional working instrument with an individual charm, should not think twice here!
