Gerhard Schwarz from the Bavarian town of Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate has been one of Germany's up-and-coming guitar builders for some years now. Although still comparatively young in years he produces great reminiscences of well-known guitar models with great attention to detail. And so it is only consistent that one may read more and more often in the big magazines about his work. The conclusion is actually always the same: top grade!!! We are pleased to be able to offer you a unique piece from his workshop, a custom-made 'Model X', as an extra charge option with a fingerboard made of Brazilian rosewood (of course with the necessary CITES certificate). An absolutely outstanding guitar, which is not only made of the best woods but above all can completely convince with its outstanding sound. Incredibly dynamic and differentiated, among other things a result of the best tonewoods like the Honduran mahogany used for the body. The top-notch Kloppmann HB59 humbuckers deliver a killer rock board, smacking and extremely assertive without mud or mulch. There is also a split function built into the tone control making the instrument particularly versatile and offering a wide range of tonal possibilities. The playability of the extremely resonant guitar is fantastic due to the somewhat stronger proportioned 12'' radius, the '50s neck profile and a dream weight of under 3.4 kg. The "Vintage H Nitro" finish in combination with the beautiful sunburst also looks really great, which makes this Model X a truly addictive guitar that you won't want to put down. We are pleased to offer you this rare piece in top condition with only a small paint chip on the body (see photo 11).
