In recent years a real hype has justifiably formed around the guitars from Panucci. This has of course mainly to do with the fact that here you get sound and playability as you get with competing guitars otherwise only for much higher prices. This is also the case with this '59-Inspired: wonderfully grained maple top in Antique Burst with an incomparably great bookmatching, body made of noble mahogany and a fingerboard made of the rare Brazilian rosewood (of course including CITES certification). The pickups are the in-house "Panucci Handwound '59s", which emphasize the treble more than the famous competition from Nashville. This is really incredibly close to the old PAFs. In addition, this semi-hollow with the characteristic trapezoid tailpiece just sounds insanely woody and three-dimensional - a real pleasure, whether clean or distorted. The neck also nails the feel of a true golden year Burst with its medium '59 profile. Thanks to the perfectly dressed stainless steel frets this '59-Inspired plays so buttery smooth that you'll even have to find a vintage original that comes close. The cherry on top is a dream weight of 2705 grams. Unfortunately hardly 30 Panuccis are built each year. Therefore you have to be quick here to secure this dream instrument! The guitar from the current year is in mint condition including the frets.
