An absolute highlight of the art of guitar making. Hammer Carved Artist Grade top, showing its best side from every angle. PRS 57/08 pickups, still wound with the original old Gibson wire. But above all the workmanship and visual highlights here are sound and playability. This guitar really has everything you always wanted from a Les Paul. Great neck with frets I've rarely seen so well crafted on a production guitar. The 57/08 pickups are very reminiscent of the old PAFs ... how could it be otherwise, at the same wire with the same windings. Singing tone with good attack, open and resonant. You just don't want to put it down. The guitar is in very good condition except for a few minor dings and dongs. The previous owner changed the tuner knobs and trussrod cover for aesthetic reasons, but the originals are in the case.
