Here's a Private Stock from 2005, and what fancy features it offers: great flamed curly maple top with a wonderful gloss finish in Burnt Orange, body made of South American mahogany, neck and fingerboard made of Madagascar rosewood and the contours of the Private Stock eagle and the dot inlays made of 14-karat gold. The Wide Fat neck plays super comfortable in combination with a perfect weight of only 3,595 grams, so that you don't want to put the guitar down again This McCarty already shows an above-average vibration behavior when played dry and at the amp the Seymour Duncan wound P90 pickups deliver their proven, distorted slightly snotty, brilliant and dynamic sound. The guitar has not been played much in the last 18 years and therefore shows only minimal signs of use (including frets) and minor areas of fading on the two horns. A unique combination of look, feel, sound and great rarity value that should not be missed.
