This Private Stock Hollowbody II from PRS takes the slogan "art to play" to a whole new level. Just reading the specs will make your head spin. The top and back are made of beautiful Quilted Maple, the neck is made of Figured Mahogany, which combined with the "Tiger Eye" finish just makes for a super classy look. But that's not all. All the inlays like dots, birds and the eagle on the headstock are 10-karat gold. And what is plastic on other guitars - i.e. pot knobs, pickup frames and tuner knobs - is ebony here. So here we are really dealing with the high end of the high end. But all that would be worth little if the guitar wasn't also a playing and sound wonder. Fortunately, it is! The neck comes with a not-too-slim "Pattern Regular" profile, which has always stood for maximum playing comfort. And as pickups two 58/15 LT were installed, which deliver the best PAF sound. The LT stands for Low Turn, which means slightly fewer windings and thus less output. Super airy, transparent sound, which is not only perfect for jazz and blues, but also angecrunchte amps. In addition, there is a toggle-switchable piezo pickup for acoustic tones, which can either be added or used on its own. Together with the dream weight of not even 2.5 kg, which is typical for a hollowbody, you get a versatile dream guitar that spoils your eyes, hands and ears. We can offer it to you in mint condition.
