If you are looking for a semi-acoustic for all occasions, this is the guitar for you! This PRS Hollowbody II 25th Anniversary is not only a great electric guitar, but also comes with piezo system for acoustic sounds. Visually, however, the spectacularly figured maple for top and back in "Charcoal Black" first makes an impression. During the first test, the "Pattern" neck profile feels great in the hand. The guitar makes a lively, lively impression dry and comes with above-average sustain, which is not least due to the sustain block inside. This also provides feedback reduction at the amp, while the two 57/08 humbuckers deliver a smacky, fat, but also clearly differentiated sound. Here the whole spectrum from clean to really distorted is fun! With a small toggle switch you can switch to the L.R. Baggs piezo pickup, which provides authentic acoustic sound, or mix both types of pickups together. More sound variety is not possible! The guitar comes in a non-original tweed case and unfortunately the PRS Eagle hangtag has been lost. Otherwise, this great working instrument is in top condition.
