The Hollowbody II from PRS combines the handling of a solidbody guitar with the resonance of an archtop. Unlike the Gibson ES models, PRS uses solid woods here. And as always with PRS, there is perfect workmanship here. The guitar has a super nice flames on both the front and back. The wide fat neck is great in the hand and plays very comfortably with the perfectly aligned frets. Tonally somewhere between ES-175 and Les Paul. Simply a very unique sound. Convinces both clean and distorted. And even with real high gain sounds this hollowbody makes a very good figure. The guitar has some minor play marks on the back of the neck, but is otherwise in very good condition for its age. But it is already very nicely broken in. And with 2490 grams it is also a super lightweight.
