If you are looking for a guitar that combines the best playing comfort, flexible sound and beautiful looks, you should take a closer look at this Custom 22. The first thing that stands out here is of course the fantastic top. Only the most beautiful top woods from PRS' "Wood Library" are given the name "10 Top", and the guitar is equipped with exactly such a specimen in emerald green. Next, the ideal weight is impressive: The slim PRS weighs only 3.39 kg. And when you finally pick it up, you don't want to stop flitting over the fantastic neck with "Pattern Thin" profile. This profile is a bit slimmer than most PRS necks - you really can't get more comfortable playing than that. The tremolo also works like a charm and operates without detuning, even with heavier use. The pickups used are the 57/08 humbuckers, which are split to singlecoils with the 5-way switch in the intermediate positions. So you not only get fat rock sounds out of the guitar, but also silky single-coil tones that are perfect for clean chords and funky picking. As an extra treat, the previous owner had the guitar signed by Bernie Marsden and Paul Reed Smith at a trade show, but that doesn't drive the price up. On the contrary, you even get away a little cheaper, because there is a quirk in the varnish on the lower rib. Otherwise the guitar is in top condition!
