What an absolute highlight from the Nik Huber guitar forge! This phenomenal Dolphin II shines with its more than extraordinary appearance. "Porsche Slate Grey" is the name of this finish and when you see the matt, dark grey finish with deep black binding, of course you immediately think of the appearance of newer 911s, Cayennes and Macans. But it doesn't stop here with the killer look! The Huber at hand also impresses with selected Spanish burlwood for the body, attractive maple for the neck and fine "Mother of Pearl" crown inlays in a fingerboard made of East Indian rosewood. The playability is excellent thanks to the medium "Standard Dolphin" neck profile and the Harry Häussel pickups installed in HSS configuration ensure the most wonderful sounds. Played clean the Dolphin produces airy, resonant and woody tones, but in crunch or overdrive mode it seems to forget its fine manners and shines with powerful pressure and transparent sounds that do not lack the necessary snottiness. This configuration in combination with the smooth-running tremolo makes the guitar extremely versatile. From modern Rock sounds to vintage Blues tones and bell-like, wiry Strat split sounds, everything is possible here in the best possible way. We are delighted to be able to offer you this very special guitar in top condition.
