Nick Page, the Berlin guitar maker, impresses us time and again with his extravagant, high-quality and perfectly crafted instruments, which are often based on classical models and have their own unique shape and sound. And today we have the great pleasure of being able to offer you a TEX made of light alder with a neck and fingerboard made of Madagascar rosewood. In fact, the fingerboard and neck even come from the same plank. The pickups were made by Van Zandt and the first thing you notice is the great feel of the neck. As it is only oiled it has a wonderfully “silky” feel, so that in combination with the comfortable “Classic C” profile, 9.5'' fingerboard radius and 6105 frets you won't want to put it down. In terms of sound, this unique combination of light alder and as expected a little heavier Madagascar rosewood offers the best vibration behavior, fantastic resonance and fantastic tones. Response and tone separation get top marks, the sustain is incredible, the trebles are voluminous and the basses show radiance and piano overtones. In addition, you can enjoy the unique look of this guitar, which comes in a great rocked black finish, elegantly engraved aluminum pickguard and the deep dark rosewood neck. The aging has been extremely meticulous and obsessed with detail - as usual with master Nick Page. The guitar is in top condition.
