Since 1946, Maton has stood for unbeaten guitar quality from Australia. In our latitudes, however, the company only really became known through Tommy Emmanuel. Here we have the signature model of the acoustic virtuoso, which convinces us not only by its excellent sound, but also by the optimal practical value. In addition to the Sitka spruce top, Australian Queensland maple is used for the back, sides and neck, as well as Pao Ferro for the fingerboard. This wood blend with the special Australian woods provides the typical percussive and present sound character of the guitar, which is not only suitable for fingerstyle. Strumming and soft picking also comes across incredibly clear, transparent and yet with enough warmth and belly. For live use, Maton's proprietary AP5 Pro pickup is built in, where you can mix a piezo and a microphone signal smoothly. Both for home and the big stage an ideal player guitar, which we can offer you with minimal playwear.
