Inspired by the D-28 from the legendary pre-war era, this Martin HD-28 delivers authentic Martin dreadnought sound with modern features such as a comfortable, not too thick neck profile and scalloped X-bracing. The herringbone binding on the body and the dark ebony fretboard give the guitar a high-quality look, while the Grover Rotomatic tuners ensure tuning stability. Sonically it impresses with a strong but controlled bass foundation typical of dreadnoughts, and shimmering highs. The resonant woods give it great dynamics, which brings joy when playing with a pick as well as fingerpicking. You can tell from some scratches on the back and minor lacquer chips on the binding that this guitar was played a lot. Other than that it's in top condition and we're happy to offer you a fantastic "proven player"!
