Even when played dry the AHA effect comes here, ...resonant, fast attack and even dry you notice the above-average resonance behavior. As if the guitar had been played for 50 years. You only have to touch the strings very lightly and you immediately notice the super response. The neck has a pleasant medium profile and plays brilliantly with the perfectly aligned frets. The neck pickup is very bell-like and round, ideal for everything from clean to Blues. The previous owner upgraded the bridge pickup to a Lollar “Special T” (original included) and so you get great Tele sounds here: lots of twang and attack without ever sounding shrill or thin. This is how you imagine a top Telecaster! And the whole thing in a blatantly aged “Surf Green” finish! A dream Telecaster at a dream price!
