This Gretsch G6120T-59VS Vintage Select Chet Atkins from the Japanese-made Professional Series perfectly combines the classic Gretsch vintage look and the authentic Gretsch TV-Jones sound. The features here are the Gretsch 1959 Trestle Bracing, of course the TV-Jones Classic Humbucker, the proven Bigsby vibrato, the Gretsch Rocking Bar bridge, bone nut and Vintage Orange Stain Lacquer. The neck with its “Standard U” profile sits perfectly in the hand and is very comfortable to play. On the amp this guitar puts a big grin on your face. Whether clean or crunch, ...in combination with the Bigsby and the TV Jones pickups all genres from Blues to Rock and Rockabilly are well served. Wonderful sustain and a floating melodious sound, which you can almost give a chorus character with the Bigsby. And in the high gain range the ultimate Rock sound à la AC/DC.
