Only 50 pieces of this Gibson SG Standard Maple Top In Dark Cherry were built. At first glance, you can't tell that this guitar has a maple top. It is so perfectly worked in and overpainted with the Dark Cherry that it is not noticeable at all. So you have the absolute classic look. In addition, however, a little more treble and a more direct response through the maple top, as you know it from the Les Pauls. Simply a great instrument. Sounds great! The two Custombucker Alnico III together with the direct response and the good vibration behavior result in the perfect rock and blues machine. The neck is specified as a Slim C profile, but it is more of a medium neck, so not as extremely slim as some Slim Tapper necks. It feels great in the hand. The original price of the guitar is 3.990,- Euro and the guitar is in mint condition.
