You will be really "flashed" by the sound! Even when played dry, the Special is extremely resonant and vibrates incredibly fat on the amp. This SG is the epitome of "Schmatz" and makes it the first choice for true lovers of Les Pauls. The two P90 pickups deliver the characteristic slightly edgy and snappy sound and the somewhat stronger neck with its "Medium C" profile, which is rather unusual for SGs but which is precisely why it is super comfortable, offers the very best playability in combination with the authentic Jumbo frets and an ideal weight of just 3125 grams. In addition, you will find a beautifully dark fingerboard made of Indian rosewood, Kluson tuning machines, a lighting bar wraparound tailpiece and an absolute killer look. The "Antique Pelham Blue" color alone is something very special and not easy to find in this model series. The whole thing is refined by a slightly aged hardware and the somewhat more subtle Ultra-Light Aging of the Murphy Lab with numerous hairline cracks, which gives this SG an extremely authentic vintage patina.
