Refined by a fabulous aging process this "Beast" has an extremely authentic appearance, so that you have to look twice to avoid mistaking it for a genuine old Burst. Its neck has the proven Medium 59 profile, neither too thick nor too thin. And since every CC#8 that we have played so far has been completely convincing in terms of sound we were not at all surprised that this specimen is also super balanced and sounds warm, bluesy and transparent as required, but also nice and snappy and biting with distortion. With this multi-faceted Les Paul you really feel at home in any style of music. As is well known the "Beast" is one of the most sought-after Collectors Choice guitars from the Gibson Custom Shop, which guarantees the best value retention. The previous owner had temporarily replaced the pickups on this gem. However, now the original ones are back in the guitar and the corresponding soldering work has been carried out by a specialist. We are therefore delighted to be able to offer you this guitar in top condition except for minimal traces of play on the first three frets and minor signs of wear on the case.
