This Gibson Les Paul Axcess Standard Stop Bar in Gun Metal Grey from the Gibson Custom Shop offers the classic Les Paul look with many modern features. The Gun Metal Grey looks like the classic Ebony at first glance. Only on closer inspection you will see the light metallic grey part. Most noticeable are the contoured back with the "Belly Scarf" and the great shaped neck-body transition, the so-called contoured heel cut. These two features bring true playing pleasure. The guitar plays very well up to the upper frets in both standing and sitting position. The pickups are the classic 496R and 498T humbuckers, guaranteeing classic rock sounds with not too little output. As a new feature of this model, both pickups can also be split via push pull potentiometers. Simply a great Les Paul, with a sharp sound and best playability in top condition!
