This 2011 '59 reissue with a super authentic VOS finish in "Sunrise Tea Burst" proves this in an impressive way. Perfect weight with just 3990 grams, very resonant, so that even when played dry you quickly realize that you are dealing with an absolute vibration monster. The neck has a pleasant 59 Medium profile with rounded shoulders and sits perfectly in the hand. The dark rosewood fingerboard is a real joy to play. At the amp this guitar does exactly what you'd expect from a top-of-the-line Paula. A fat, assertive and differentiated sound with just the right amount of mid-range. The Burstbuckers 1 and 2 deliver a super sustain and great tone in the finest manner.
