This Les Paul can really only be described in superlatives. It was built as a One Off Handselected for a Japanese dealer. The top is visually already a killer! In addition, there is a weight of 3660 grams and a beautiful Iced Tea paint, which was actually not available in the True Historics so at all. If the unique look, the super weight and top handling and resonace behavior are not enough, the next Highlite is the pickups. The previous owner got hold of a pair of the most sought-after and praised PAF replicas by Tom Holmes and built them into this Les Paul. Tom Holmes pickups are now priced above 1.500,-, if you are lucky enough to get some. Here a H450 and H455 were used. And when you play the guitar, you know why the pickups are so popular. You can't get any closer to a real Burst. Smacking, differentiated, with that slight Strat touch and openness that make the real Bursts legendary. The original pickups are included, of course. And to round out the superlative, two genuine 50's Sprague Bumble Bees Capacitors have also been installed. The guitar is in mint condition and once you play it, you don't want to put it down. In fact, I wonder why I'm giving it away at all .... Killer guitar !!!!
