It doesn't get any better than this! This 59' Les Paul Ultra Heavy Aged in Lemon Burst gets the highest score in all aspects! First of all a killer look! Incredibly well aged´, not too timid and super authentic. Very nice Lemon Burst, reminiscent of a Beast or CC#1 Greeny. When you take the guitar in your hand you immediately fall in love with the neck. Authentic '59 profile with the rounded Shoulders, not too thick, not too thin. Exactly the golden '59 middle. Very dark fingerboard. The back of the neck has a nice wooden feel. And the first time you strum it,you get a big grin. This guitar resonates at its finest. The two Alnico 3 unpotted pickups transfer this top vibration behavior to the amp in the best possible way. Here you can always hear the characteristic, wooden basic character of the guitar. At the bridge Gary Moore pure; smacking with great attack and enough bite and mids. At the neck Blues-Heaven! Almost a bit straty. Nothing muddy here and the super sustain provides singing lead sounds. Really remarkable what the Murphy Lab delivers here. The guitar is as good as unplayed in mint condition!
