And with this Les Paul in particular the guys from the Murphy Lab have once again shown exactly what they are capable of. The fantastic “Iced Tea Burst” finish alone is simply fascinating. Beautiful top grain, fantastic color gradient and a fabulous vintage patina. Of course this is mainly due to the outstanding Light Aging, which is probably the most authentic way of capturing the actual appearance of a real old one. Numerous hairline cracks, only a few minor imperfections and a beautifully weathered paint surface. The pictures speak for themselves! Its '59 Medium profile sits perfectly in the hand, which combined with its ideal weight of just 3980 grams makes the guitar so comfortable to play that you'll want to take it to bed with you at night.
