Friends of fine guitars know the dilemma: you buy a beautiful new instrument and then hardly dare to take it out of the case. After all, every quirk means a small loss in value - especially when it comes to limited collector models. If you still want a guitar with history like this Mike Bloomfield, but want to play it at home or on stage without any bad feeling, we can warmly recommend this Paula. Here, one of the previous owners has already taken on the unpleasant task of carving a quirk into the VOS finish - more precisely on the upper rib (see photo). This is of course included in our selling price. Of course this doesn't change the sensational look of the flame top, the great feel and the outstanding sound of this guitar. The neck is a rather beefy 59 that feels rich in the hand, and the two Burstbuckers provide plastic cleans with sparkling highs and screaming, smacky distortion sounds with plenty of oomph. All around a classy Burst with a showcase-worthy look that we can recommend to any player thanks to the quirk in the finish!
