In 2019 the Gibson Custom Shop released a signature Les Paul in honor of Texas Blues and Country guitarist Lee Roy Parnell. This special series is certainly one of the most beautiful things that the Custom Shop has produced in recent years. So these instruments immediately captivate with their beautifully grained tops in Abilene Sunset Burst and their radiant Gloss finish. Since we currently have another Lee Roy Parnell on sale, we took the chance to compare the look of the two guitars. Interestingly this Les Paul shows a finish that is a shade darker and the top grain also is a bit more pronounced. We are therefore even more pleased to be able to serve different tastes with our two Parnells. But also as a player this Paula can fully convince. The more powerful "Lee Roy Parnell Custom 59" neck profile feels great in the hand, despite its extremely light weight of 3780 grams it resonates at its best and the two 57 Classic Humbuckers deliver the well-known authentic PAF sound that you want from such a guitar: pearly clean sounds, distorted fat and smacking. Whether Rock, Jazz or Blues - this Les Paul feels at home everywhere! The guitar comes from a collector, so we are happy to be able to offer it to you in absolute top condition.
