Gibson Les Paul 59 Collector's Choice CC1 Gary Moore "Greeny" Aged (2011)

What else to write about a CC1 "Greeny" that the world doesn't already know? Certainly the most sought-after Les Paul from the Gibson Custom Shop and the world's most famous Les Paul, which was owned by Gary Moore and Peter Green and is now still allowed to see the light of the biggest stages with Kirk Hammett. We've been lucky enough to offer several CC1 "Greenys", but when we saw this finish and top even we had to grin. Super authentic with an original oriented and extremely detailed aging as only Tom Murphy can do. In addition, with a super comfortable weight of 4010 grams this Paula offers just the right middle ground between playable comfort and sufficient swing weight to really rock out. Of course contributing to the very best playability is also the 59-Medium neck profile, which feels fabulous in the hand. Killer sound! The guitar vibrates dry already of the finest and at the amp (including the characteristic "Out of Phase" sound) the sun really rises. "Albatross", "Still Got the Blues" and "Parisienne Walkways" - these are exactly the tunes for which this Paula is made. The guitar with the single digit #006(!)is in practically unplayed, absolute best condition, comes directly from the first owner and hence makes every collector's heart already beat faster. And that the prices of the CC1 "Greeny" rise every year is certainly also well known.
