If you are looking for a Collectors Choice Les Paul with the best price-performance ratio, you can't miss the CC#6 Number One. The Collectors Choice #6 Les Paul is the exact replica of Mike Slubowski's '59 Les Paul, also known as Number One. It is probably one of the best preserved 59 Les Pauls. This CC#6 has very subtle ghost flames, from some angles it appears like a plain top, very authentic. The neck is a bit thicker than most other CC's, almost like a 58 neck, but not too fat at all. Resonance at its best! This is exactly how you imagine the optimal Rock and Blues Paula! The aging is relatively subtle here to reflect the top condition of the original. Very nice Non-Filtered Tobacco Burst. The guitar has been played and has minimal play marks on the first 3 frets. Before that it is nice and resonant with a great sustain. The pickguard incl. screws is of course included. Since we liked the look so much, we have waived an assemble.
