And it is simply unbelievable how authentically Tom Murphy has hit the golden tone here, so that at first you are really convinced that you are looking at a real, old 57. In the hand the first thing you notice is the perfect neck, which 57 Chunky-C profile combined with the dream weight of this guitar of just 3795 grams is super comfortable and convenient to play. It is by no means too fat, but with just the right swinging mass it gives the guitar an incredible fullness even when played dry, which is paired here with a direct response.
