This guitar has a very interesting history, as the two previous owners were Mick Ralphs, the guitarist of Bad Company and Mott the Hoople (the previous ownership is also confirmed by Mick himself, see last photo) and Gregor Hilden, who played it on numerous gigs. I can highly recommend this guitar to anyone looking for a top-of-the-line P90 Paula. Mick and Gregor have played the guitar a lot live for good reason. One of the best P90 Paulas I have heard. Super resonant and weighs only 3730 grams. The guitar is really rocked and you can tell ... lots of dings and dongs ... all naturally aged! The two P90 are two boutique pickups and on the guitar was once a Bigsby. Fat neck with a re-fret with jumbo frets that Gregor Hilden had done. The pickups are switched in the intermediate position out of phase. If you are into pure tone and best playability and like the charm of lots of playing marks and the Bigsby wraparound rebuild, this is the one for you. Dream player with history!
