This Les Paul R4 Reissue, a "Made to Measure" special order, has a truly amazing "blackout" look. As such it is completely finished in black: top, back, sides, neck, P-90 covers, pickguard, poker chip, toggle tip and the poti knobs with silver inserts. Completing this unique look is Murphy Lab's extremely rare Light Aging. This super authentic level of aging, which probably comes closest to the actual appearance of old guitars, features an almost glass-like paint texture, countless hairline cracks, minor quirks in the right places and a vintage patina that appears matte in areas. Simply an amazing look, but the playability and sound of this killer Paula are in no way inferior to it. The somewhat stronger 54 neck is full and comfortable in the hand, which in combination with the comfortable weight of only 4060 grams offers the best playing comfort. Already dry played, the above-average vibration behavior of this Les Paul is noticeable, which is transmitted by the two P90 pickups of the very finest to the amp. Balanced, crisp sound that you know and love and with which you can serve every playing style.
