1960 Reissue 60th Anniversary - that's something really special! And the present specimen shows up with a dream flame top with a super beautiful sunburst! In addition it still offers the top weight of only 3600 grams and the best player and sound characteristics. The Les Pauls from the 60th Anniversary series have consistently been a guarantee for the very highest quality standards. These models are available in three neck variants with the designations V1, V2 and V3. The V3 profile is the flattest of the three and corresponds to the 60s slim taper profile. Lies perfectly in the hand and invites fast runs over the fingerboard. Optimal for those who don't get along with the thicker profiles at Gibson and are rather looking for a slim profile with a modern feel. As with all 60th Anniversary models we've had so far this Les Paul impresses with the best wood selection, top workmanship and top sound. The Unpotted Alnico-III pickups transfer the dry, resonant basic character very well on the amp. Very direct and with a differentiated, smacking tone. The guitar is in mint condition, virtually unplayed with no play marks on the frets!
