With this Les Paul I can only rave in superlatives! Sure, tastes are different, but for me it would be my dream Les Paul. And that's why I'll start with the sound. I have rarely experienced a Les Paul that is so three-dimensional and dynamic. Sounds like it's been played for 30 years. Super open and resonant with a great tone. Nothing muddy here and it transmits every nuance of touch perfectly. Super sustain and the 59 neck plays top notch with the slightly higher frets and rounded sholulders. The custom bucker transmits the above average dry sound very well. And then this look ... Dream top, wild flamed, top aging and the two black custom bucker. Simply to kneel down. Only 150 pieces were built of the Duane Allman Les Paul in the Aged version and here we have certainly an absolute Highlite from this series. The guitar is in top condition, has a dream weight of 3810 grams and I am just wondering why I am actually giving it away.
