The CC#9 Beliver Burst has always been one of the absolute highlights of the Collectors Choice series for me! Who knows our comparison video with the 5 CC#s and the real Burst, knows why. This guitar is not only visually, but also sonically the absolute killer! The basis for this model was the legendary " Burst with the serial number 9-0850 from Vic DaPra . It is considered one of the most beautiful Les Pauls ever built by Gibson. Visually an absolute dream, great grained top that looks different from every angle, perfect aging and also wonderfully hit color. The whole thing is only surpassed by the sound. The sound is extremely clear and open. It sounds so fresh that you want to record directly with it. No annoying frequencies, just pure sound. The Custom Wound Custombuckers fit the guitar perfectly. With the typical late 50's neck, and the dream weight of 3935 grams, it is also wonderful to play. Incredible player with top look and collector value. Due to the extremely high demands on the top, not the complete number of pieces were built for the CC#9. If you are looking for the ultimate Les Paul, you will definitely enjoy it.
