Here we have a special model of Gibson, which was built so for Musikhaus Thomann. This 59 Reissue in the Aged version comes from the "Beauty of the Burst" series, where in each case a model from the same book was modeled (here page 62). And this Les Paul was even delivered with the new specs, like the Custom Bucker. It comes with a one-piece mahogany body and a hand-selected beautifully flamed maple top. And this Les Paul is not only a visual treat, but also an absolute highlight in terms of sound! Here it shows again clearly that a Les Paul with a little more weight also has a sonic advantage. Sustain without end, simply a fat sound, vibrates top-notch and has a great tone. Reminds me of the Gary Moore sound. The custom bucker in combination with the swing mass simply conjure a grin on's face. This is how Les Paul must sound! The guitar has some minor signs of aging and minimal fretwear on the first three frets. The previous owner replaced the jack plate with a metal one, but the original is included. Otherwise a killer Les Paul, which will not be found in the aged version at this price.
