Absolute dream 59s Les Paul from the 60th Anniversary Series. Very nice top and with only 3750 grams a super resonant lightweight. With a Highlite, the Jake Jones Pickus are certainly one of them. Meanwhile almost not available anymore. In the 90's one of the most sought-after and authentic PAF replicas with cult status. The Jake Jones PAF's are said to be wound with the real old wire and magnets and to be modeled in every detail of the old PAF's. Whether it's the pickups or the guitar I can't say, but the sound is really phenomenal! More smacking, differentiates PAF sound at its best with a little more output than the custom bucker and a hammer tone. Nothing smacks through chords, the basses are super differentiated and the mids really come through. If you like the classic sounds à la Gary Moore, which are a bit more rock, you will be thrilled. The original custom-buckers are included (everything neatly soldered). The guitar is in mint condition. Minimal "bleeding" on the fretboard (the red goes slightly into the binding), which is normal and authentic for this series. Dream player with top sound.
