To celebrate the 60th birthday of the legendary Les Paul SG, Gibson came up with something very special and presents this beautiful model of the 61 SG Custom in Classic White with the Sideways Vibrola Tremolo. Of course with three Custombuckers, Black Beauty capacitors and CTS pots. Now you surely ask yourself why this 2021 model, which costs 6.700,- Euro at every dealer, is offered here for 3.990,- Euro, as good as unplayed. Unfortunately, the neck got a crack at the headstock transition during transport. However, Matthias Meyer from Bassart Guitars repaired it so perfectly that it is no longer visible. And it really is not to be seen any more. Even if you hold the spot against the light, you can't see the repair. Thus, it could not be captured photographically either (see pictures). Of course, we'll include it here anyway. And if you can live with this issue, you get a top SG for a top price. The guitar is as good as unplayed.
