We are delighted to be able to offer you this Les Paul Custom from Gibson's “Made to Measure” program. It comes in a beautiful “Pelham Blue” finish, a special color that is currently not available in the regular series. It also features a phenomenal “Heavy Aging” by the Murphy Lab, which is not just limited to hairline cracks, minor and major flaws and the characteristic paint abrasion, but also creates a vintage patina with an extremely authentic greasy and almost “dirty” look that is second to none. The wonderfully aged, golden hardware and the cream-colored, yellowed binding are a perfect match. This killer Paula was a custom order and its specs were put together in collaboration with Thom Fowle - head of the Gibson Custom Shop. Super comfortable “Medium C” neck profile, which in combination with the deep dark ebony fingerboard and an ideal weight of 4090 grams guarantees the very best playability. Even when played dry, the great vibration behavior of this Custom is evident and at the amp it literally blows your ears off. The two Custombuckers conjure up an extremely characterful, dynamic tone that is 100% convincing both clean and distorted and with singing lead sounds. You can really work with the tone and dynamics of the guitar. It is also super open, beautifully differentiated and has a fantastic smacking, rocking sound! With this Les Paul Custom you get a uniquely cool combination of look, playability and sound, which offers the best value retention due to its high rarity value. The guitar is in mint, virtually unplayed condition.
