First introduced to the public in 1942 the J-45 is considered the “workhorse” among round-shoulder dreadnoughts and became the standard for numerous Bluegrass, Folk and Country artists in the 1940s and 1950s. Since that time this acoustic guitar has enjoyed enormous popularity due to its rich, warm and vocal tone and excellent playability. This J-45 Purevoice is part of a limited edition of only 200 guitars from 2013, which boasts a number of special features. Not only does its Vintage Sunburst finish look great, but its Adirondack spruce top also gives the instrument a phenomenal sound. Classic, woody and open sound with a great frequency spectrum. The medium neck of the acoustic is super comfortable to hold and together with the handy body ensures the very best playability. For stage use a “Purevoice A3” pickup is available, which as a combination of two pickups picks up the sound from the lowest bass strings separately from the other strings in order to combine the two later with great balance. The guitar has of course been played with pleasure in recent years, which is reflected in its great vibration behavior. Nevertheless it comes to its future owner in top condition with minimal signs of use.

There are no regular opening hours by Ten-Guitars. If you are interested in buying and trying our guitars you need to make an appointment via phone (+49-89-64954031) or mail.

You can write an e-mail or give us call to anytime and we will find a suitable date. It doesn't matter if you want to try the instruments in a loud Live situation in our soundproofed rooms or in our own little recording studio – everything is possible to find your dream guitar.

Important: For security reasons we don´t have all guitars in our house but we can bring them here very fast – even on short terms.
