Only 125 of this exact replica of Johnny Winter's legendary 1963 Firebird V were built, and of course they have long since sold out. Tom Murphy personally took over the aging here. Even the 2 neck breaks were simulated. Here really every detail is correct, up to the drill holes of the tremolo. Beyond that, it is one of the best Firebirds I have ever had in my hands. When played dry, the guitar is incredibly loud and resonant with the best playing comfort. You really have the feeling of holding a real old Firebird in your hand, both in terms of sound and feel.
