And we are happy to offer this, as good as unplayed ES-355 Gallagher in collector condition incl. original box. This replica, which was issued by the Gibson Custom Shop in a limited edition of 200 pieces, convinces with the enormous attention to detail that the Murphy Lab shows here. Small and minute hairline cracks run across the dark red cherry finish, the scuffs on the back of the guitar that so clearly define the appearance of the original guitar have been beautifully and faithfully recreated and the shine of the gold Bigsby has long since gone, ...at least so it seems. The ES-355 comes with unpotted custombuckers, Grover kidney tuners, Bigsby B7, as well as a reproduced handwritten lyric sheet, the certificate with original signature and a custom Bear strap. With its maple body, mahogany neck and ebony fingerboard, a Varitone switch and Bigsby vibrato tailpiece, this Semihollow delivers incredible versatility. It can sound fat and smacky, albeit with an extra dose of airiness in the sound, but also warm, round and open. Clean, as well as distorted a true experience for the ears!
