We are pleased to offer you this 1963 ES-335, an absolute killer specimen from the Gibson Custom Shop. As a historically accurate reissue of one of the world's most iconic guitars it features a three-ply maple/ poplar/maple body that is fitted with Adirondack spruce braces and a lightweight center block. This combination offers the same design as the original and delivers the exact sound that made it famous. Furthermore this Semihollow features a one-piece mahogany neck with a historically correct 1963 neck profile that feels great in the hand. The 22-fret dark rosewood fingerboard features historically correct pearloid block inlays and the wonderful sound is delivered by two PAF-like MHS (Memphis Historic) humbuckers. With its bright cherry finish, beautiful top grain, and signature airiness in tone this guitar delivers everything you would expect from a Gibson ES. Its sound is impressive, with a slight compression and warmth that already characterized the original old vintage ES-335s. Very balanced and just a great tone! We are happy to offer you this iconic guitar in top condition with only minimal play marks on the first three frets.
