Here we have a beautiful 1959 ES-335 with a noble ebony finish in exactly this degree of aging. The signs of aging can only be seen clearly at second glance and in the right light: the paint is covered in hairline cracks, the plastic of the pickguard has a few "brushes" and the hardware is clearly matted. The result is a perfect vintage patina, a special treat not only visually but also to the touch. And it's not just the exterior that gives this Semi-Hollow real mojo, but also when it comes to its player qualities. A nice medium neck profile, not too fat or too thin, combines with an incredibly good sound. The Custombuckers have a wonderfully crisp attack, fat in the mids and super defined bass. These pickups really have everything you know and love in terms of sound from old PAFs. And because the guitar also vibrates great you really get an ES-335 for life.
