Fender Telecaster Custom 60s Relic HSS Limited Edition (2016)
This limited edition instrument is a Tele variant that you really don't see very often: First, it comes white with black body binding - most Custom Tele's are the other way around. Secondly, it has the rare HSS pickup configuration, similar to the Brent Mason Tele. There's a classic Tele singlecoil at the bridge, a Strat pickup in the middle, and a PAF-style humbucker at the neck (see spec sheet for details). Since the tone pot functions as a blend control here, you really get a lot of sound variations out of the guitar - on the neck, for example, you can select both the humbucker alone, but also the split humbucker plus bridge singlecoil for the classic Tele middle position sound. In the second half of the demo video, we tried to demonstrate this to you as best we could. With the mid-60s oval C profile of the neck, the 9.5" neck radius, and the 6105 frets, this Tele is a class player to boot. If you're into a not-so-common, but classic look and want a modern playable guitar with a great sound range, this Tele is for you! The guitar comes in mint condition.
