Here we have a Tele from the early days of the Fender Custom Shop. The "American Classic" was the premium version of the American Standard Telecaster in the 1995 line-up, which is certainly not surprising when you look at this guitar. Groovy, outrageous, breathtaking! These are the words that come to mind when you see the "Champagne Pink Metalflake" finish in combination with the "White Pearl" pickguard and the attractive birdseye maple neck. The best show look for the stage lights! But it doesn't stop here with the appearance of this Tele. Even when played dry extremely resonant, this guitar shows its full potential at the amp. The three Texas Special pickups deliver a wonderfully classic Blues and Rock sound that is a real joy. Lively, direct and incredibly silky and funky in the intermediate positions. Nice and bell-like on the neck, the very best Country twang on the bridge - what more could you want? And the neck with its flatter, not too strong medium profile also plays simply superbly. What's more, despite its age this Tele comes to its future owner in absolutely top condition (including the frets). Only the buttons on the machine heads have been replaced with Pearl buttons (originals included). A piece of history with perfect practical value!
