Here we have a very special and very rare Tele. This 62 Journeyman Relic Custom Tele in Wide Black was a custom order for the Japanese dealer Guitar Planet in Tokyo. As special features it has the special finish, where the black at the edge has turned out a little more extensive. Great look with the subtle aging. Also, two custom shop handwound twisted Tele pickups, a compound fingerboard radius (7.25" -9.5"), a AAA rosewood fingerboard and a select alder body. For bridge saddles, we have the compensated Danny Gatton saddles here. The 60's style Oval C-Neck provides perfect playing comfort with the 6105 frets and the slightly stronger neck profile. You can tell from the specs that this is actually already on masterbuilt level. And also in terms of sound, this Tele is in no way inferior to a Masterbuilt. Twangy, open Tele sound, but never thin or shrill. Super attack and response. If you are looking for a very special Tele, you will surely enjoy this one. The Tele is in mint condition with no play marks on the frets.
