A sound bomb with an extraordinary look: this is how this fantastic Tele from masterbuilder Dale Wilson can be summarized. The guitar comes in the super rare "Bronze" finish with anodized pickguard. The dark roasted maple neck with its clear AAA flame is also a real eye-catcher. If you like the look, this guitar simply gives you the ultimate 50s Tele sound. The neck with its medium 52 style "U" profile, 9.5'' fretboard radius and the proven Narrow/Tall frets is extremely comfortable to play and ensures above-average vibration characteristics. The response is fast and even without an amp you can hear the percussive "snap" that characterizes a good Tele. In addition, the previous owner has made some upgrades that turn this Telecaster into a phenomenally soundmighty player. A "Kloppmann TL 60" set was installed here and the electronics board incl. treble bleed was replaced (the original components are of course included). Furthermore, the side dots on the fingerboard have been replaced by white-illuminated ones, which has considerably improved the playability of the Tele, especially when used on stage. Electrified the Kloppmanns provide a bulbous tone at the neck, a funky middle position and plenty of bite at the bridge. Incredibly present mids, framed by crisp bass and sweet highs.
