This Telecaster knocked our socks off twice! First, when we took it out of the case and saw this super authentic vintage look in classic Butterscotch Blonde with just the right amount of relicing. And then immediately again when we plugged the guitar into the amp and played it for the first time. This teambuilt Tele is absolutely masterbuilt level in terms of its look, playability and sound! Dale Wilson probably couldn't have done a better job. We have here a lightweight ash body (only 3140 grams!) with an extremely interesting grain under the aged nitro lacquer, which is covered by countless hairline cracks, quirks and lacquer abrasion in the characteristic places. In addition to its dream weight a 9.5'' fingerboard radius, the Nocaster U-neck profile and the proven 6105 frets ensure the very best and most comfortable playability. But the absolute killer is the fantastic sound of this Tele. Despite its light weight it is already extremely resonant and loud when played dry. At the amp the Twisted Tele pickups are completely convincing. At the bridge great attack, without ever sounding thin, wonderfully direct, wiry and fat. In the intermediate position most beautiful bell tone, both clean and distorted a pleasure. And at the neck very bluesy, differentiated and bell-like. Here you want to play slower to really savor every note. We are happy to offer you this teambuilt Tele, although it is on masterbuilt level, at a much lower price point and in top condition.
